Collection from store:
You can pick up our goods from the physical store of our company in Thessaloniki. For your proper service, the collection is made ONLY after telephone contact with us, to confirm the availability. There is no extra charge.
Shipping parcels weighing up to 2kg throughout Greece with the company Geniki Taxydromiki. The shipping cost is borne by the customer and is 3,5 €.
In case of purchase of products weighing more than 2kg, their transport must be done with a transport company of the customer’s choice or our company. In any case, our company will contact you in the contact details you have entered during the order to confirm the selection and to clarify the details of the shipment and the cost of the shipment. The products are delivered on the sidewalk, to the requested address. For any delivery on the floor, there is an additional charge. The shipping cost of the products is borne entirely by the customer.
In any case, if a transport company is used to transport your products, the total amount of your order must be paid in advance (cash on delivery is not possible).
The goods travel on behalf of and at the risk of the buyer.
For all shipments of products, the customer is obliged to check upon receipt of the products, that he receives in perfect condition the device he has ordered and then to sign the accompanying form of the shipment. In case the device has defects resulting from the transfer (breaks, cracks, etc.) the customer must refuse the receipt and contact our company immediately. In case the customer receives the device, any errors that occurred during transport are not recognized by our company.
Orders are sent by our Company within 3 days of payment, as long as there is no problem with availability or other reason for delay.
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
a) The product or some products of your order has been delayed to be sent by our supplier. In this case our company will contact you to ask if you want us to deliver your order without this product or to suggest you an alternative.
b) The product you ordered has already been removed and is not available: Among the many products we display in our online store there are rare cases where their supplier suddenly and unannounced announces that he is removing them. In this case our company will contact you directly to give you all the alternatives.
c) In periods of extreme weather events or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order.
d) In case it is impossible to communicate with you by phone and / or by e-mail (if there is a problem with your order) because, for example, your details that you have entered are not properly updated.
In case the delivery is required within a certain deadline, the customer must contact our company by phone at 2310-265642 in order to inform us about this date so as to avoid any problems.
The company is not responsible in case the product is not received by you on the agreed delivery day through your own fault (either from the store or from the courier company or the transport company) or in cases of untimely delivery due to force majeure.
The company is relieved of its responsibilities for any delay that may be due to reasons of force majeure (such as weather conditions, lack of stock supplier, customs, etc.) as well as any problems or fault of the transport companies or courier companies.
