WAYS OF ORDER

Directly from the gamosdesign:
Select the products you want and click the order completion button. Completion / confirmation: Upon completion of the order, the customer will receive from our company the confirmation and the order number via email or phone.

Place your order by phone at 2310.265642

Order via email:
Send your order via e-mail to info@gamosdesign.gr, stating the product code.

Modification of the order: No changes can be made after the completion of the order. In case the customer wants something like this, he should cancel his order, before completing it.
Processing: The processing of electronic orders takes place from Monday to Friday 09: 00-21: 00. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day.
Product availability: The products that are ready to be delivered are sent within 3 days, while for the products that are ordered, the customer is informed by phone about the delivery time.

Payment via credit, debit and prepaid cards Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners and via Masterpass e-wallet

Pay on delivery:
Cash on delivery for amounts up to € 150.00 only for deliveries made through the courier company we work with.

Any commission of the bank for the transfer of the amount is borne by the principal, ie you. The beneficiary should receive the full amount of the order. When the transaction takes place within the same bank, there are no additional commission charges. In the depository you must enter as a reason your full name and order number. For payments by bank deposit from a third bank, the collection of the amount is confirmed after crediting the amount, in the bank accounts of our company and not by presenting a bank transfer receipt from a third bank to our accounts. The products are sent after the confirmation of the deposit of the order amount.

Prices – Pricing:
All prices of the products of the online store heatingshop.gr, are retail prices and include VAT 24%. The price charged to the customer is the current one at the time of the order. Our Company reserves the right to modify the prices of its products, however, any such modification will not affect the orders, which have already been accepted by the Company. The transaction will be considered complete only after the sending of a written electronic confirmation by the Company.

If the customer / buyer user wants a specific type of document (Sales Invoice, Retail Receipt), he can request it either in writing or by phone.
